This company is terrible in every way. I have had lawn care, tree & shrub care and mosquito defense. None of there services were in any way effective. I cancelled 8 months ago and yet they continued to bill me for the rest of the year with no evidence of them ever coming to my property. There practices are predatory and likely illegal. Stay away!
This company is horrible, I lost 3 palm trees on their watch and my grass got worse!!!
Do not give this company a penny. They called me for years trying to get me to sign up for service, I finally agreed. After 6 months my lawn has seen ZERO improvement. I constantly had to call and complain about their service. Today the truck pulled up to my house, the tech got out of the truck, walked around the front yard for 2 minutes, got back in and drove away. 30 seconds later I got an email saying my service was “complete.” This company is a complete scam.
NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND!!!!! . It stinks to see my yard and how the grass has mostly died after hiring Trugreen to fix a problem from the beginning. I noticed a small patch of grass starting to discolor. Hired Trugreen with hopes they would fix the issue. After weeks waiting per the technicians to allow for whatever treatment if any the put in my yard to work, the patch was getting larger and larger.
