They do not stick to their schedule I have had them for 2 years and they always take 10 To 12 weeks to do follow up treatments even though the plan is 6 weeks which allows weeds to break through all summer, but don't worry they will cram the rest of those visits they were late for into the fall and early winter that way the weeds will be gone for the nice beautiful brown winter grass. This company stated that they did not service my neighborhood despite the fact that our neighbor has had services for three years. I have been asking them to provide me with service for months. Upon actually doing some “investigating,” the company found out that they were, in fact, servicing my neighbors. They then reviewed the neighbors’ pricing and decided that they were undercharging and cancelled MY NEIGHBORS’ account while refusing to service me. They then told me to take it up with corporate. So unprofessional.

Avoid. I wouldn't accept service from this company if they provided it free. First of all, half of my lawn has died since TruGreen took over. I now have large patches of bare ground, and dead grass. Second, I ordered an aeration and a lime treatment in October 2024. They aerated half my yard. Instead of adding a lime treatment to my yard, they sprayed for mosquitos. It took me two weeks to get a resolution and an apology. As part of that, I cancelled my service. A manager came out to see the lawn and apologize. While he was ... read more

Tru-Green is terrible. They charged us for double the sf for over a year after we called to have the change made. Their staff pulls up, runs around the yard with a spreader for less than a minute and then sends an invoice for +$70. Customer service is awful.
