My experience with Tru-Gas has been wonderful until now. I called to set a time for someone from Tru-Gas to come and inspect my gas tank. I set up a time for Wednesday afternoon. However, an employee by the name of Brian came unexpected and was very rude. I never received a call from him or anyone at the office informing me that he would be coming.
