Horrible service! The plumber that came to my house might not have worked for the company. I I called tru-Flo to help me get my pilot light working and it was a waste of time. The guy that came said he was just there to fill in for the regular guy.. he did little to no trouble shooting an then said I needed a new Honeywell pilot light. He then charged me 70 dollars for no effort. A different plumber came out the next day and got my pilot light to work by simply cleaning some connections.
