I have been meaning to leave a review for many months, it's time to place a glowing review. (I had had 2 sets of full/partial dentures before, costing me sooo much money - which still didn't fit - so it took an hour to eat any meal). Dustin and the 2 lovely ladies at the front are awesome! Took care of me on the 2 occasions that I went there and fixed my teeth issues w/ no problems, especially the latest one! Awesome! Keep up the good work you guys! Highly recommended!
I would not recommend this business . As much as they advertise about their service it’s not great . The receptionist (Chris) is not very efficient and not very friendly . Doesn’t explain things well, didn’t send back info that was required by my insurance until I called to check . When I asked about direct billing , she was very vague saying it depends even though my insurer Canada Life approved the estimate . She said they don’t always get paid but they usually do by Canada Life . So which is it ? Can you direct bill them ... read more
