I would not recommend this business . As much as they advertise about their service it’s not great . The receptionist (Chris) is not very efficient and not very friendly . Doesn’t explain things well, didn’t send back info that was required by my insurance until I called to check . When I asked about direct billing , she was very vague saying it depends even though my insurer Canada Life approved the estimate . She said they don’t always get paid but they usually do by Canada Life . So which is it ? Can you direct bill them ... read more
Had an absolutely great experience there.
Treated very rudely, kept telling me if I lose patience or get upset I would not be welcome back, and this was all in a 15 minute meeting, no measurements or anything was done. My appointment was in February and to this day I have had no follow up.
This place was great,I can't say anything more!!!!!!
A few years ago I got a set of dentures from these folks, great fit, and just lost one if the teeth and they replaced it in 3hrs. Awesome friendly service and very professional
