Would not recommend. Tru Fit sold to Zone Fitness. They charged us during Covid and would not return phone calls or emails. When they reopened, I went in to get a refund on the months they were closed and was told that NO REFUND WOULD BE PROVIDED, but that a credit would be applied to the END OF MY MEMBERSHIP. It was still right in the middle of the pandemic so I asked if I could put my membership and fees on hold until it was safe to return. Nice roomy gym with an aesthetically-pleasing lay out. Good membership price. Friendly customer service. Clean, COVID-friendly environment.
