I called when I had an emergency. I was told that I would be able to have a payment plan and that they would work with me, and the billing department would be calling me to set up said payment plan and go over my options. The billing department informs me that there is no payment plans, and the only option is a care credit card. I am then informed by the secretary that the care credit card is the best option, and was given false information about said credit card.
