John was prompt and delivered realistic expectations with old carpet that had not been cleaned for some time. He was up front about what he could and could not get out with stains and carpet discoloration, but overall the carpet was much improved. I will definitely use him in the future. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent communication from the time of booking till the presentation of the bill.

Jon arrived right on time, quickly surveyed the job and got started right away. He informed me about the recommended method to clean each area and explained why. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. All the rugs were thoroughly cleaned and left looking like new. The job was finished when promised, and Jon cleaned up and left the place spotless. It was a pleasure doing business with Tru EZ Clean, and I would highly recommend them!
