We used TruElectric for our entire home, which needed all new electrical work after discovering that it still had knob and tube wiring from the early 1900s. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we'd obtained, and they were a pleasure to work with. Pam, who works in the office, is very quick to reply to emails and schedule in services, and the electrician who was assigned to our project, Greg, did an excellent job. Would not recommend Tru Electric for any electrical work, period! Hired them for a home renovation, initially they were responsive and we both agreed to the scope of work. Once work was complete, we did a walk through and noticed several deficiencies that we wrote up and provided to Tru Electric, along with photos. Two glass globes for one of the bathroom light fixtures were missing, they said they were broken in the box. There was one obstacle in our plug installation that was self inflicted but they took it in stride dealt with it and in the end install was only half hour later than anticipated. Had other work done by Tru and would use them again. Very good people from top to bottom.
