I've been a customer for about three years. My stylist is very pleasant and professional, but unfortunately the owner is often rude and doesn't respond well to clients' needs. After recent incident, when my request was unreasonably and rudely denied by the owner, I decided to never come back. As much as I like my stylist, I would not recommend the salon to my friends.
I've been going to Lola (owner of Tru Creations) for years. She does great work - cuts, perms, coloring etc. I usually get a cut & perm when I go to Tru Creations and I have always been happy with it ( that's not something that can be said of most salons and perms). Lola is always professional, personable, and always does as much as she can for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone.
