Julian was fantastic - punctual, polite, and did an amazing job! We recently moved into a rental home where the carpet had already been 'cleaned'. Except it was disgusting. 🤮 Now that I've seen what it looks like after being cleaned by Julian, I'm dubious whether it was actually ever cleaned at all. He was also very accommodating with our chemical and odor sensitivities, explaining the pros/cons of each ingredient and approach.
