I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I contacted them initially to get deep cleaning done for my home. I got a quote and booked a date provided the initial deposit. The appointment was cancelled as I was informed that a few of their cleaners tested positive for Covid. The owner promised me that she will call me back and schedule my appointment on priority. I never received a call back. I have called them three times and have had no response for my messages. I called the owner directly with no response.... read more
