I've stayed here before and was greeted by the person at the desk late at night. I work night-shift, so I'm constantly hopping around buying hotels because I travel a lot. I've never had an issue with these people before, but I was walked in on and woke up by room service. Then, my phone starts ringing, waking me up several times, turns out it was the front desk.
