Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff in the reception.
First time in a Tru Hotel. The service was super friendly. Uniquely different in decor, with the addition of game area, which we loved, that included board games, puzzles, T.V.'s. Magazines and a pool table!
Stayed here visiting SU and really enjoyed it. Clean, fully stocked room with comfortable beds, ample storage space for bags and shoes plus a fridge for our road trip cooler items. Love being able to hang things up on the wall hooks - every girl should have those! The breakfast was adequate and has a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. Pancakes were delicious. Decaf coffee was tasty morning or evening. Quick access to SU along with Old Town Winchester.
Staff was very accommodating during my stay. Everything I ask for was delivered
Excellent facility in every way. Clean, comfortable bed, nice fresh breakfast and friendly staff. Will choose again.
