The hotel is situated in a busy area. Unsure of the area but it doesn't seem to be a great location.
Start with some very confusing Google Maps directions taking me through parking lots... (But easy on and off 81!) Thanks to digital keys, I was able to access the hotel from the back where the only spaces existed to park. (Snow/ice removal was lacking also). The lobby was as inviting as I have come to appreciate at the Tru brand... Staff was great! That includes the night host, the morning host, and the breakfast attendant... Great job all! Since the email review link would not allow me to submit feedback, I’m sharing my review here on Google instead. Our arrival on January 26 was extremely disappointing and raised serious safety concerns. The property was covered in ice and deep snow, making access difficult and unsafe. The parking area had not been cleared, the EV charging station was completely blocked by snow, and the sidewalks were icy and hazardous. First time ever staying at a Tru by Hilton. Room was a double queen on the second floor. The hotel was clean, up to date, and staff was friendly. The best part of this hotel was it was simple but thoughtful. Bright themes and little extras make it just right. The shower was a large walk in shower. All the shampoo and body wash that you need and they put a small foot bar to help wash with. I will definitely give Tru by Hilton another go in the future.
Clean place, very nice people working here. Overall, I was very satisfied!
