The manager and staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Great location, very close to many restaurants, shops and breweries. And you can't beat the free, hot breakfast. The fresh made pancakes are awesome!!!!
Tim and his staff were very accommodating to me and my family. They brought out what they had left over for breakfast because we came down a little late on New Year’s Day.. this is bye far the best hotel in Warsaw and I’ve stayed at all of them..
4.5 Stars! First: Why the .5? I'll list bad then good. The location is NOT where Google says it is, if you look at the first image I added, the red icon is where Google placed there address, the blue button is where I am sitting inside the hotel. There were SO MANY BUGS.. In the windowsill? Where did they even come from?? The windows didn't even open. Very confusing, we just saw those on our last day of our stay. The pillows are so soft, but they disappear when you lay on them - definitely bring your own. Now the good parts!... read more
