I wish the blankets were not so tiny. The rest is all good. Note: There is no microwave in the room.
We travel to Warsaw, IN monthly for my husband's job, but this is our first time staying at Tru by Hilton, and it's been a great experience. First impressions matter, and the lobby space of the hotel is cool with a pool table and mural of Warsaw and fun but functional furniture. We were greeted and checked in by Izzy who was so friendly and warm; we felt instantly welcomed. Pros-- Great service, wonderful breakfast, comfy bed, and close to my conference. Initially, there was a problem with my first room. It wasn't completely clean. Front desk was great about getting me another room right away. Thought I would have a good 2 night stay after that, but then. . . Cons--a six-legged visitor! I am 99.5% sure the little friend I found on my bedsheets this morning was a bed bug. I freaked and went to front desk. Well run hotel. Helpful staff and the GM tim went above and beyond. The breakfast is good and the beds were comfy. It's not real walkable to much but within a short drive to downtown warsaw and activities.
