Awesome hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and clean atmosphere. Not to mention it's also located near a target which is convenient when on vacation. You can play pool for free and they provide board games in the lobby. Great place to stay!
Excellent hotel and employees
Jaiden is THE reason I’m giving this place a 5 star review. This woman deserves a raise, recognition, promotion - or whatever else for the grace and professionalism she demonstrated. This lame excuse (sorry I can’t call him a man) was giving her such a hard time. I was getting annoyed for her not to mention he prevented me from getting to the desk. Great Hotel. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping. Great staff very friendly an helpful. Enjoyed our time in the lobby playing pool an games. Hannah at the front desk this morning very helpful. Helped us to book another room for our travels. Highly recommend TRU bu Hilton
We stayed at this hotel this past weekend. We always look for Tru Hotels whenever we travel. The Wake Forest Tru lived up to our expectations of Tru hotels. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft, and the service is excellent. The best thing is that the price for the hotel is reasonable. We will be staying here again if we return to the area.
