Easy drive to shopping and food. Hotel ver accomidating for parking of our camper, while transiting for a wedding. Breakfast was better than standard and daughter loved the pancake makers.
There is a buzzing sound in the room that’s turned off if the refrigerator is unplugged. So if you go to dinner and want to retain your left overs, you must choose between hearing a buzzing sound all night or keeping your food. Asked for an extra blanket…gotta go down to the front desk to get it. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Hilton hotel. Do NOT stay here.
I want to specifically mention Cherry, who I believe is a Manager at this location. She goes above and beyond for Tru’s customers and clientele. I cannot recommend her enough I used a car service I hadn’t used before. As a woman traveling alone, she professionally a d efficiently showed me how to check out the car service and driver - to ensure a safe trip. She did so without notice or asking for attention. Love this hotel, we stay here twice a year when we head down south. The location is great with target and sheetz right near by. The hotel it's self is great and convenient. We never have an issue getting in and out and we thoroughly enjoy the experience every time. We usually come in very early in the morning (3am/4amish) with our remote check-in/key and leave with their amazing late check out at noon. We look forward to many more stays and would highly recommend!!
Our stay was great. Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and safe. My girlfriend is blind with special, medical needs. The manager Ishe and the staff were all very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
