I stayed at a Tru by Hilton on 16 and Van D*** in ******** on the weekend of February 4th to the 5th. Out of all of my experiences at any hotel I have been in, this is probably the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. When I made the reservation for this hotel, I was told that the pool would be open.
