How come everyone here is complaining about front desk and y’all don’t do anything about it The man and a woman who work at the front desk in morning are very unprofessional, very very unprofessional, rude and mean. People like these don’t deserve to work in a competitive high level hotel like hilton period

I stayed at Tru by Hilton St. Louis Downtown and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience checking in. I arrived around 11:30 PM after a long day of flying. The front desk associate who checked me in was very kind and pleasant, which I appreciated, but the room situation ended up being a bit of a mess. One of the worst Hiltons I have ever stayed at. I am a loyal customer of Hilton. There was no parking, no valet (valet was "full"), no housekeeping and no complimentary water (as a diamond member you are supposed to get one). The front desk was unfriendly with very poor customer service. The area is terrible especially if you have to find street parking late at night. To be clear the employees here are very helpful and otherwise I would have given more stars but I want to bring attention to this issue as I am not the only one who has complained and was not the only one trying to leave early this morning. Please please please update the website and signage to reflect limited hours. The website for this hotel does not specifically list any valet hour restrictions but notes that there are no self park options, valet only and an online search shows that this location is supposed to be 24/7.
