We spent the night for a weekend away for my fiancé birthday weekend. I lost my engagement ring and we had already left, hours away by the time I realized I lost my ring. LaQonda was amazing, went and checked our room herself and communicated every step of the way! Thank you for going above and beyond to help locate my ring. A great weekend that could have definitely ended in heartbreak, ended with a positive outcome all because she went above and beyond. Thank you again!

Honestly kind of a disappointing spot! Location was pretty great for getting to a sporting event, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. Otherwise, there was never anyone at the desk to help, even when I used my HiltonHonors text line, no one replied (I stay very often with Hilton and this was one of the first times that my messages have been ignored). This is the worst Hilton I ever lived. There is no room service throughout my whole stay of 4 nights. I called the room service for the 2nd and 3rd day, the front desk just wrote down the room number on a piece of sheet, but no room service provided throughout the 4 nights’ stay. Towels are dirty and I need to go to the front desk to get new ones. The new ones given are yellowish. One of the worst Hilton that we have ever stayed. For family of 4, we booked double queen bed room. After driving for a whole day arriving late at the hotel, we were told at check in our room was changed to one king bed room. The staff refused to help finding any solution since it’s literally impossible for 4 to fit in one bed. The room is small. We have to rebook another hotel.
