We are in the 3rd day of our 10-day stay and quite impressed with TRU so far. Besides reasonable rates, the staff here are professional, proficient and very friendly. This TRU is well-kept to say the least. Highly recommend ! If you are looking for a very clean hotel in this area, Tru by Hilton is your prudent choice.

Arrived at 4:10pm and was told our room was not ready, but would we like to take one of the 2nd floor (4th originally) and said sure. A walkie talkie status check on the cleaning of the room told us that wasn’t going to work. Waited in the lobby for a short time until they cleaned up our room and got keys. A little strange at after 4pm but hey, no biggie. Always loved the games and ambiance in the lobby anyway. Room seems a little smaller than I remembered them. Acceptable for a night stay. Because Hilton loves nothing more than a good money grab on a busy Mother’s Day weekend, this normally $100 and change room was $300 with tax and because of that, it gets the distinction of the least value for a room I’ve ever pain in my life. I travel for a living and will stay in a Hilton most nights because I appreciate the value and amenities. My room was comically plain. No coffee maker, no pad of paper , no pen and for my $300 paid, I didn’t even get a maid to make my bed. That is acceptable at the $100 price point but... read more

Noah is very kind and helpful thank you very much 🙏🏻 It is to employees like these that the Hotel truly deserves its stars. I couldn't pay for the laundry, and he helped me. The laundry service washed and dried the clothes perfectly. The room was perfectly clean. 🫶🏻 I liked everything. Please ensure Noah receives high pay for his work, and always give him a bonus, He deserves it. 🏆🙏🏻, thank you very much 🫶🏻
