All the personal were nice and friendly. Very good service.
Rented two rooms at this hotel just because its close to an event we attended. I will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again! King bed which is obviously not its more Queen sized. They gave us 3 pillows for 2 people and one towel in the bathroom. Call the front desk and he says i have one set I can send up. There should of been two in the first place so why there isn't is beyond me. The AC/heater is one of the type you'd see in a seedy hotel. I cannot say enough about this hotel we have been in and out of hospitals for the last eight weeks they helped to make our stay here very pleasant. We did have a little mishap in the room and they definitely made it right more ways than one I would recommend anybody that’s gonna be close to the area to stay here the service is great so is the breakfast very pleased with my stay
This was literally one of the worst stays I have ever had at a Hilton. When I first checked into the room, I found 2 dirty socks under the A/C unit. Then when it was the day my room was supposed to be serviced the housekeeping never came- I messaged the front desk multiple times to make sure they hadn’t forgot about my room and they assured me housekeeping was going to come, but that never happened.
