There was no microwave in room though
Came in for a business trip and I left my work phone in the room on accident. Once I realized I didn't have it, I check the location and it pinged at the hotel so I called them. For 2 days I waited on a call back while they checked with housekeepers and staff. I had to follow up multiple times for them to tell me that not one person turned in my phone. Annoyed!
The room was great, the means for contacting this location was ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM. I have been dealing with a nightmare of a wrongful charge on my card because their website glitched and changed that dates during the payment processing and I have gotten the run around with booking.com on getting my money back.
Our family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel, including our rooms and facilities such as the fitness center, were exceptionally clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with multiple choices and fresh produce. Above all, the employees (special thanks to Gina, Lamond, Salvador, Domini, Neisha, Sadie and Fernando) at this hotel go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
