My family and I loved our stay here! We were in the middle of a very long and tiring move and decided to stop halfway and booked this a week in advance. The rooms were amazing and the staff were awesome. So friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Augusta as it is in a great location.
The staff was wonderful. I was there due to a death in my family.Heather and Leaha left a symphony card on the door signed by the staff.this touched my heart.everyone was super nice.
My recent stay at your hotel during the Peach Jam was a mixed experience. While the hotel's location and the overall aesthetic were positive aspects, several concerning observations during my visit warrant attention. The condition of the room particularly the walls and doors, could benefit from repairs. More importantly, I witnessed several instances of concerning employee behavior.
