Nice employees at both I have been to.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but very small. Bathroom counter super small too. Water pressure on shower not too strong. Breakfast bacon 🥓 is it really bacon? Pancakes were good though. Nice decor in lobby too.
The Tru by Hilton in North Augusta was one of the best overnight stays my family and I have had in quite sometime. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and overall hotel was very clean. There is ample parking, a 24-hour gym, helpful watering stations, and a relaxing lounge area. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was nothing short of awesome. My family and I loved our stay here! We were in the middle of a very long and tiring move and decided to stop halfway and booked this a week in advance. The rooms were amazing and the staff were awesome. So friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Augusta as it is in a great location.
The staff was wonderful. I was there due to a death in my family.Heather and Leaha left a symphony card on the door signed by the staff.this touched my heart.everyone was super nice.
