First time staying at a Tru and it was truly an awesome experience. Staff is very polite and helpful. Convenient location right off i75 with great food options nearby. I will be staying here during all my visits to Lexington.

In this review, I will say the helpfulness of Dallas at the front desk really made me feel welcome and cared for and I should hone in on the atmosphere being warm and inviting. But I also work in healthcare. Cleanliness is paramount when it comes to staying in any hotel and tru by Hilton Lexington in Hamburg is a shining example. I get in at 7pm and out at 4 in the morning for work: the staff are always cleaning in the lobby and never too busy to speak one-on-one respectfully with guests.
