The rooms are clean & nice, the bed is comfortable! The only reason I do not like it is the location! It's right near the highway & it's loud all the time!

I like these very clean, basic but stylish rooms. I would rather have these rooms because the carpet at some places are a big problem.Hilton are my #1 choice when traveling for work. I will say the room I stayed in hears more than usual noise from the thruway but over all the staff was very nice. I still give it a 5 star because everything else is so clean.

Even though I did not stay at this location. I need to point out to people. This particular location wants more as a two-star hotel than the three star plus DoubleTree by Hilton across the road. I use Tru a lot in VA & NC. One of the main reasons is the price it is a basic hotel. The number one complaint I have for the whole thing is there's claim to use streaming services you have three YouTube Disney and Apple. When it comes to using YouTube you actually can't.
