I want to thank Ms. Erika at the front desk for making our stay very welcoming. Everything I requested, she made sure it was done to my satisfaction. She was very kind and sweet. THANK YOU ERIKA!!!
Cynthia at the front was really unprofessional and after the hassle at the desk ,she still gave keys that did not work,moreover place us in a room that wasn't clean food left inside the fridge and dog poop smeared on the chair...the housekeeping immediately overly apologize and switched out the chair. When I got i back downstairs, Cynthia shift was over. I believe she placed us in the room to be smart and knowing she was getting over shift and had to deal with other staff members.
