Beds were very comfortable. Location was kept clean and the hotel staff seemed to love their jobs and were very friendly!
The rooms not even worth the prices. They don't support esa or pets period! Why are you listed as a pet friendly hotel!?! Service was blah, breakfast was blah, waste of money. Do not recommend! Will never stay here AGAIN!!!
This hotel is always clean and I can always count on it being very clean. I Recently booked another hotel closer to where our event was, then we quickly realized it was not very clean and left. We then booked a hotel room here instead, Even though this hotel was more of a drive I knew it would be very clean so it was worth it. Front desk service was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!
Great customer service. Rooms and pool area were extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was really good. The location was in a nice area too.
Sarah at the Front Desk was personable and efficient, she did a great job. We stayed 29, 2026. Not a fan of the decor. Definitely not a fan of the mattress on a platform with no box spring, or the functional but inexpensive room furniture. Yep a 2 star hotel but at a 4.4 rating it was at least .4 points above any other hotel in the area and we've stayed at the Hampton Inn there and won't go there. So, I guess we just won't stop in Fort Wayne. I wonder why hotels there are under performers?
