Not a great experience. Started rough at 11:00pm with computers down resulting in a long wait before being able to check in. Not really their fault, but I pleasant. There were lots of little things that made the experience a little gross. These included barely functioning water dispenser that required a filter change, used bandaids on the hotel room floor, and excessive body hair in the shower and on towels. Usually a fan of the brand, but not this time.
If your traveling and counting on your room beware- Was given a room with no hot water after traveling 15 hours, and was charged $180 for the night rather than the $140 after tax that my reservation listed. A new room was never offered, instead was told we can leave and not be charged for it.
Great stay. If you aren't ok with dogs barking - Id recommend another place. The neighbors dog barked because they left them in the room. Im sure had i called things would have been done. However one bad egg dosent need to ruin the bunch. 5 star.
Bare bones. Chosen for location but the dog fee was ridiculous: $150
