We stayed here on our way from New York City to Orlando. It was midway pet friendly although 75 is a little too much other places allow dogs to stay for $25-$75 especially since my dog is incredibly clean and barely sheds and sleeps on the floor. The shower was fantastic. The bed was OK but I don’t think there was a bed bug cover on the mattress the hotel itself is very clean and we would stay there again. Breakfast was not that great but it’s free.

Business center down, no hot water, my tv did not work, breakfast items were mostly gone by 8 most mornings asked to speak with the manager (they never came to speak with me or bothered to contact me) and ended up moving to the Hampton because my concerns were ignored. I did receive some bonus points from the app but wasn't worth the trouble and money spent for the room

Good place to crash while on a road trip. I’ve stayed at several Tru branded hotels and this one is no different. Modern, clean, kid/family friendly, standard free breakfast (kids love the waffle and pancake makers). My only gripe is I wish the fruit options at breakfast were better, and the coffee is kinda weak. Good water pressure, which is always nice after a long drive.

Staff is great, ambience is above average, but no hot water. Ran the shower for 20+ mins and couldn’t get hot water at all. Lukewarm at best. At $160 per night, unacceptable.
