I find it odd they host a children swimming class everyday in the evening. People are coming back to the hotel to relax, but you can't use the pool you're paying for in the evenings unless you want to swim in children pee (seriously. the water was very cloudy after the class) and be subject to the screeching of children. Very disruptive. I feel like if you're going to host a noisy class or children, it'd be far better suited during the day, not in the evening when people are coming in to relax/unwind. Small rooms and unprofessional staff, my daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and regretted it. Can’t open the windows and the showers are stinky like poopy and pee

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, providing a memorable experience for travellers. Especially the manager Kit who even tries to build a closer bond with me through an open conversation relating to my background. Thank you so much for everything.

BE AWARE BE AWARE BE AWARE BE AWARE BE AWARE I booked this hotel ( tru by hilton edmonton windermere Edmonton ) based on the reviews, but my experience was completely different. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled like the windows had never been opened. The shower was disgusting with yellow buildup around it, and the walls looked very dirty.
