Pool has a contract with a swimming school for kids so really not usable for most of the day. If I’m paying for a hotel I expect the amenities to only be for the hotel guests. I will not stay here again for that reason!
This hotel feels far from the Hilton standard, with staff displaying arrogance and a lack of attentiveness. Wife made a booking and despite leaving a sign for room service, no one came to clean our room all day, and when we reached out to the front desk, we were met with rudeness and told that cleaning was not possible at that time.
