I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. During my stay, I personally witnessed three master keys — capable of unlocking any door in the hotel — being handed out to two adults and one minor without any ID verification. These were not standard room keys. These were master keys with full property access. Watching this happen was alarming and frankly unacceptable from a security standpoint.
