Had trouble checking in, got a call from front desk at 11pm from a guy i could barely understand. After about ten minutes it appeared that two females had come in, got a couple beverages and then asked for them to be charged to my room. Anyone could just give a room number. Why not ask name of person staying in room instead of bothering me. Breakfast was awful. No orange juice, no pancakes, no bagels or pastries just sliced bread. I called in advance everything was good room payed for security whatever was there. Showed up this employee tried to say i owe 900 dollars for security deposite,...could not even understand his English,...then after i order food to my room he would not allow!! Thumbs down!!,...

My wife arrived at about 11:20pm and checked into the hotel Friday 3/21. The gentleman at the front desk greeted her and she explained that she was checking in and that her wife spoke with Kyle earlier saying we could not check in digitally and that she had to show her I.D. He said we are fully booked. So she explained again of the situation. Accessable by bus. We had a good experience here. The pool was warm, the fitness room had everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and we had access to coffee and tea all the time. The lobby is clean and organized. It was quiet throughout our stay. I respected the safety features like using our access key for the elevator. We paid with a debit card and the check in and out process was easy. Enjoyed the pretty towel folds. Beds were clean and firm. Television had streaming apps available.
