No HOT WATER
My husband and I traveled to Charlotte from out of town and this hotel was amazing and accommodating to all of our needs. We enjoyed the new clean rooms, pool and the amazing breakfast. Free parking was a huge bonus, as staying internally in the city parking is charged extra anywhere else. The location was wonderful. Even though we were right off of the freeway, our room was quiet and we uber'd into town, which I recommend. The staff at the front desk were superb! I had a comfortable stay at the Tru off Tyvola. It is convenient to I-77/Tyvola Road, but with that came a lot of road noise. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. The gym is nice as it has a Peloton bike, but it is small. The price was very reasonable for the area, so I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
I liked it but I never received my $25 refund.
