After the check in online function didn’t work, we were forced to deal with a not so friendly nor informative front desk. 2 girls who seemed more interested in their phones and gossip than customer service. After walking in with the reservation confirmation loaded (which we pre paid) we were told we need ID, instead of arguing we simply obliged, after the keys handed to us “here’s your keys” was all that was said. We had a really enjoyable stay at this modern hotel. It’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us, and the whole place has a welcoming, relaxed feel. The lobby was a standout feature — stylish yet cozy, with plenty of seating, a pool table, and board games that made it easy to relax and unwind. Breakfast was included and had a good variety: pancakes, sausage, eggs, and yogurt — all fresh and tasty. The staff was excellent: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Was told I could have an early check in, upon arrival hotel seemed not busy, couldn't get an early check in stated room was not ready. Once in the room tv didn't work took them 30 minutes to get it fixed. Next morning at 11:15 was waken by housekeeping wanting to clean the room, check out is at 12:00.
