Rooms were fine, did not clean or change trash for a 3 day stay. Service connected veteran traveling with service dog and was charged for having the dog. Not acceptable as far as I’m concerned, I hope the 50.00 was worth it b/c we will never stay at a Hilton again. Especially with staff telling me how the ADA works and saying my dog was an emotional support animal. HOW DARE YOU!!!
A good quiet clean hotel. Close to everything.
Rooms were nice and like new but the hospitality was highly lacking. Due to a last minute change of plans, we arrived to the hotel at 11am (check in is 3). Now I’ve worked in hospitality for years, and understand that early check-ins are never a guarantee. But when a guest shows up 4 hours early, you could at least offer to send a text when their room is ready. Someone with any sense of hospitality would coordinate with their housekeeping department to notify them when a room becomes available so people can begin checking in... read more
I had a fantastic stay at the Tru by Hilton in Cartersville, Georgia! The hotel is brand new, and it really shows—everything was spotless and modern. My room was exceptionally clean and had a stylish, comfortable design that made me feel right at home. The amenities were excellent, with plenty of free perks, including a gym, pool, and ample parking.
