I have stayed nearly exclusively at Hilton properties during my travels throughout the years. Whether the property was a Hampton, a Hilton Garden Inn, or similar, I've always been very happy with my stay. Unfortunately, my stay at Tru did not continue that trend. Let's start with the noise. Rooms are modern and spacey , and really clean service is excellent. Staff is so polite and welcoming all the time location is great restaurants and stores within walking distance Philly is just 30 minutes away atlantic city hour and a half NYC is about 100 miles so everything isn't far a lot of options!
It’s midnight now. Several people are having a party right out of our window. (There’s a “patio” at the back of the hotel building). Called the front desk and the people answered the phone said she will ask them to be quiet. But the party continues. It was a good experience when I stayed here days ago. Best showers and beds needs a microwave
It was very nice and quiet for the most part. No issues during the visit. Though the pool area was musty... and the water merky.... didn't use it.
