Overall, the hotel was very nice, clean, and appealing. I also found the staff to be exceptionally nice and professional. The breakfast was satisfactory. The primary issue during my stay was with the heating and hot water. I had to change rooms because the heating unit in the first room was functioning very poorly. Additionally, the shower water was consistently warm, not hot.

I wish I could have given a full five stars, because there were many things I truly enjoyed about my stay. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked through the door, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel decor is cute, modern, and perfect for solo travelers. I also appreciated the room's layout and size. However, the cleanliness did fall short. There were strands of hair left in the towels and the shower.
