seems to be new and well kept hotel. very clean. im a hhonors memeber and at other locations i get two bottle of water when i check in. not at this location. maybe they dont honor hhoners? my rub is the parking. no indication on the web page that your going to get screwed on parking and they require you to use some goofy app that i cant get to work. i ask for help, and they said " use the app." my only option was to park down the street and walk back to the hotel. then it rained. ill stay some where else when i come back to ... read more

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on 9/5 on our way to vacation. The rooms were clean, and our stay was great. More importantly, though, the staff was amazing with wonderful customer service. My husband realized after we had left the next day that he left his fitbit, which was a gift and had sentimental value. When he called the hotel, housekeeping had already turned it in, and they told us exactly what to do to get the fitbit back. He had to call a couple more times to ask questions about it.
