Note to Hilton.:Charging me a $6 fee to park at a hotel in a suburban area is just down right tacky. Just add it to the room rate. What's next: fee charged for each toilet flush? Maybe charge .25 per tv channel changing. And why would the fridge door not be changed to open the other way? Just lazy.
I am a diamond member and stay at the Hilton properties quite often. I had two surprises when I stayed at this location. They charge for PARKING.. ridiculous. In the morning when I took a shower, the water would not drain. I will never stay at this location again.
Booked through the Hilton app and it said parking is complimentary, only to find out when we arrived that they charge. As a diamond member, I figured there would be at least a little hosipitality from the front desk as we expressed concerns, but they couldn’t care less. Our recent experiences with Hilton have been very unwelcoming and down right upsetting. This was the final straw. I will be switching status to Marriott and taking my business there moving forward.
Definitely if I'm back to Kennesaw I going to stay over here again, nice service, Clean, much space.
