Kinda of weird that you have to pay for parking but okay place to stay
Extremely rude and unwilling to help front end supervisor. We had left some items in the room and came back to collect them. Our room hadn’t been rented out again yet, but our items were missing. The police officer that responded said that this wasn’t his first time responding to issues like this at this hotel. Shame that we stay at only Hilton properties and spend around 25-30 nights a year in them, and this is the first experience we’ve had like this. Terrible staff at front desk especially rodney. Talks down to guest and complains about everything. Sometimes forgets that the guest are paying his wages. Stayed here twice and both experiences were terrible with rodney. If you have any children dont worry rodney will be watching them like a hawk in the sky.
