I would not recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two weeks, and from start to finish, the experience was incredibly disappointing. My husband is a wheelchair user, and we travel with our two trained service animals, so cleanliness, respect, and accessibility are extremely important to us. Unfortunately, none of those standards were met. Housekeeping never once came to clean our room—not even after multiple requests. One of the corner room (No 400) on the 4th floor was smelly!! At one point we couldn't bare it... but there's nothing much anyone could do as i guess it came from the bathroom outlet

I am a Lifetime Diamond Member. I really want to like this hotel - but I cannot. It is in Allen TX - we visited in June 2025. It was 90 degrees outside. I rented two rooms - one for me, one for my pregnant daughter and her fiance'. The A/C units in BOTH rooms never cooled below 70 degrees. They were not broken - apparently the hotel has made the decision to lower electricity costs by refusing to keep the rooms warm. We had maintenance come up and they claimed to have "fixed" both room A/Cs the second day. They were not fixed... read more
