This hotel is “new” so other reviewers may have taken that into consideration. I was there just last night and issued a room with a key that opened the door to a room with guests still in it. Lucky to be alive in all honesty. On top of that, no credit for my near death experience and was given a room on the 1st floor that decided to have karaoke start at 8am on Sunday morning. Not a terrible place, but be cautious.

My husband and I stayed for the night, the location was great. It was easy to get to, close to the highway, stores, and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, very quiet too. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here and found the rooms average at best. Asked for a late check out and was denied - and also woken up by house keeping knocking on my door 2 hours prior to check out. There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. That's nasty. There are better options in Allen.

I would not recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two weeks, and from start to finish, the experience was incredibly disappointing. My husband is a wheelchair user, and we travel with our two trained service animals, so cleanliness, respect, and accessibility are extremely important to us. Unfortunately, none of those standards were met. Housekeeping never once came to clean our room—not even after multiple requests.
