Stayed here for a conference in the area. Had to modify my reservation to change the number of beds that were in my room and was charged a cancellation fee of almost $200 even though I still stayed at the property. I’ve contacted Dee Dee at the front desk and attempted to reach the manger several times and they do not call back or refund the mistaken charge. This is unacceptable. As for the hotel itself. Well located , good clean rooms. The staff is friendly, they have a great common area, pool table, chess. Seating is comfortable, they even have a pool. Wallmart is a short walk from here, so stocking up is easy. The owner is seen visiting the property at times and is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned overy other day
