Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I had to call five days in a row just to get someone to come clean our pool. Each person who showed up said someone else would come, then did nothing. When they finally attempted to clean today, they pulled all the debris out and left it in a giant pile of trash six inches from the pool — which I had to clean up myself, and most of it ended up back in the water. Our pool is around 35 years old, and was chipping and had stains on the floor. We used Tru Blue Pool Renovations to update it. We got new stone/tiles and a pebble finish inside. WOW, is all I can say, the work is impeccable. It is a stunning transformation. The work was done quickly and communication was on point. Thank you Tru Blue, now let the sun come out so we can enjoy it.
Tru Blu team did a great job of recommending needed renovations for my pool, providing options for colors, textures, etc. and executing on the choices made! We love the mini pebble surface!
