I recently had true built replace my 10‘ x 13‘ overhead door with a 12 foot wide by 13 foot high overhead door. They had to widen my existing door frame and replace the trim. they did an excellent job on my door. Kelly Powell is the sales guy I dealt with and he went above and beyond to get this done for me. Lack of common courtesy for the public I can only imagine what they would do at my house. I have since stopped going to Casey's gas station next to my house because this company employees have turned this into a company Hangout!! every morning parking their trucks and trailers randomly blocking entrances preventing people from moving around the parking lot or in the store as they are standing around talking

We ordered the special in 2021. They came in a timely manner and very friendly workers. The building is of excellent quality and is worth every penny spent. What they advertise is what you get. No gimmicks.

Tru-Built came all the way out to my house to give me an estimate. I live in the woods and we have coyotes. My hubby is a BIG Cat Dad. I needed a place for his cats to go outside safely. I was expecting a skinny tall catio for them to play in. Instead, the crew built the most beautiful catio with a proper roof and a gutters! They exceeded my expectations by miles. They listened and made a heaven for my hubby's babies. Putting in shelves and a swing bridge next week. These guys are AWESOME!!!
