Terrible customer service was told to show my licence and id which I get , spent time looking for it on my phone found it , waited at the counter and nothing , girl working there was to clueless to help me get into the system , she was putting product away . The guy who I’m assuming owns the place was in the back gone after he was rude . Pissed me off that I felt like I needed to write a review .

Dealing with many beauty suppliers across Canada for the last 30 years, I have come to appreciate great customer service and honesty,I feel that Tru beauty Is exactly that, They have a great arrangement and stock list of natural and clean brands especially several Canadian ones. A special thanks to the Edmonton Showroom and Jade for always greeting us with a smile and amazing service.
Always have exceptional service with Roshan and his team at Tru Beauty. They truly care about their salons who order from them. Thank you guys for everything!
I can't express how thankful I am to have found tru beauty. As a hairstylist who wants to stay in the industry for a long time, I think it's really important to use high-quality products that are as nontoxic as possible. For clients they only deal with the chemicals that we do once every few months in most cases for a few hours, but we deal with them all day.
