My go to suppliers for clean beauty!! The staff there are so knowledgeable and the brands you find there, you can't find anywhere else!! The owner is so hands on and knowledgeable.He really takes the time to train you on the product you're buying, if you have any questions he's always there! Aluram and shubui are two brands of absolutely fallen in love with. And I love calura color. Its canadian and gentle on the hair. Can't find much well balanced product like thid anywhere else!!
I have never left a negative review for a business before, but my experience with True Beauty has left me no choice. If there were an option to give zero stars instead of one, that's exactly what I would choose. I purchased salon chairs from them last year, and the customer service I received was the worst I have ever experienced. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Terrible customer service was told to show my licence and id which I get , spent time looking for it on my phone found it , waited at the counter and nothing , girl working there was to clueless to help me get into the system , she was putting product away . The guy who I’m assuming owns the place was in the back gone after he was rude . Pissed me off that I felt like I needed to write a review .
