Very nice people, but my permanent makeup is a disaster. I went for full lips an initial visit and followup visit. I understand that several followups are possibly needed for color to stick, but my lips are covered in blueish purple blotches with a blueish purple line around parts of the outside of my lips, with one line going outside of the lip line and down towards the corner of my mouth, making me look frowney. This place is so irresponsible and doesnt care about their customers. First i set up an appointment for permanent make up, i called the day of the appointment to confirm it and the lady says " oh the person is not here today so she will not be able to take you we tried to called you" (never got a call from them) so i rescheduled for April 10th at 5pm she called today and tells me if i come at 3pm instead because they had a cancelation (so i have to move my appointment that i set up 2 weeks ago because somebody else canceled ... read more
