Chris came to my house an assessed water damage in 15 min with an estimate of $8000. When work needed to be done a Forman came out and noticed that the water was coming in from windows and that was problem after system was installed. When I asked the Forman why the whole system was installed if it was just a window problem, he said he just does what he is told. Complete rip-off for a job that was not needed. Disappointed! Although I had a contract with Patrick D******* to sister and repair my beams, He did not complete the job. He sent a crew who stated they had to go to Home Depot to get materials, after several hours of waiting I called Patrick who then told me that they could not finish the job because they didn't have the right equiptment. He a said he would help me to find someone who could. I had to call him several times to ask him the status and he acted like he was unaware. I was left in a lurch.
