Tried acupuncture, cupping, scrapping, and infrared for the first time here. Lindsey was knowledgeable and set the proper expectations. Though I wasn’t a fan of the acupuncture, just weird for me, the service overall was great and my back pain did get better the following days.

If you’re looking for someone with knowledge about their trade someone to trust then Lindsay is that person. I’ve used acupuncture for an elbow injury, ankle injury woman’s health and more. I trust in the process and I believe in her knowledge I’ve personally experience Lindsay going above and beyond to help me. I take my family to Tru Balance I take my friends and I’d recommend her to a stranger in a heart beat.

Before pregnancy I would see Lindsay on a regular basis for massages and acupuncture and she always fixed me right up!! When I got pregnant I was nervous to get a massage, but my back hurt constantly. I asked Lindsay if she could give me a massage while pregnant and she said yes! She made me feel comfortable with the pregnancy pillow to lay on. The massage would help the extreme back pain I was in and I ended up going to her more than once!
