Always a great experience at Tru. They have worked on several of my vehicles over the recent years and have earned my trust. I truly feel like they go above and beyond what the average shop expectations are and I really appreciate that. Beyond all I trust tru because of the integrity I see and hear amongst the entire crew there while hanging out waiting for my vehicle to be ready. If you want a place that takes care of your vehicle I think this is it.
Great experience! The team did an awesome job installing a lift and suspension on my Toyota Tundra. Super knowledgeable, quick service, and professional. Truck looks and drives amazing - couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
UPDATE:Used to be amazing when they were smaller but since they have grown service and repair quality is an issue. Most recently the bumper they added in 2017 was found, by another shop, to have been rubbing on a hose on my AC for years and caused a leak. $1,400 in so far but could be more. Pics show the install clearly rubbing. Could’ve been wear and tear but could have been install. With other issues I don’t trust them anymore. I go here to get work done on my 4Runner, they are Toyota truck experts but can also work on any brand and know their stuff, especially for off-road upgrades. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing, they do thorough work and will go above and beyond to make sure your rig is ready for the trails.
