These guys go above and beyond. Besides installing an EcoFlow Alternator/Generator in my Rav4 at a fair price, they jumped in and figured out why the EcoFlow wasn't working (it didn't out of the box), made it work, explained the problem and what I needed to do to MAKE it work; something I couldn't get EcoFlow's help line to do. I was excited to bring my truck in after purchasing a vehicle that was previously serviced by Tru Automotive. I dropped it off expecting a thorough evaluation of what needed to be done. I recently had to move my GFC from one truck to another and Tru did an amazing job scheduling and completing this work in record time! Coulter and Tony were wonderful to work with and did a great job going above and beyond what I had asked of them. If you need any work on your GFC or any truck I would recommend calling them first. They are experts in the field. Thanks!
i am picky with my vehicles and i won’t take my toyota trucks anywhere else for service or upgrades. austin and colter have always treated me very well. their knowledge, work and attention to detail are all excellent. i can’t recommend them enough.
