I have had massages before, but they have never been like the one I received today from Melissa! She was very informative about what to except, tried a couple different things to help with issues I am having, and very accommodating. I left feeling so refreshed.
This was my first time seeing Melissa and getting one of her massages. She immediately makes you feel welcomed and took the time to understand where I ached. Explained everything well and she’s very personable. The atmosphere was also very warm and relaxing! I can’t wait to book my next session. Definitely go get a massage!!!! Self-care starts at Tru Alignment & Wellness. I already have improved movement in my right shoulder from 1 Massage. I am looking fwd to a Craniosacral therapy session as well. Great atmosphere, technique, professionalism and knowledge on many health concerns & holistic wellness solutions.
Don't wait another day to scheudle your visit with Melissa. She is professional, educational and very effective. I have major tension in my neck and upper back that causes daily headaches and discomfort. After 1 visit, my headach is gone and I'm a tad more flexible. I will definitely scheudle another visit. Thank you!
