My credit card was immediately charged $200, despite their stated policy that nothing would be charged until I was approved by their doctor. Realizing it would take too long to get anything from TRTnation, I requested that my account be canceled. They canceled the appointment with the doctor, but left my account open with a $200 charge. I am demanding a refund. There are many other reviews with the same issue.
Love these guys. The whole team is professional and easy to work with and they make it effortless to get life-changing therapies. I have been on hormone therapy for years and have no regrets switching to TRT Nation. The whole process is easy and the yearly cost is comparable to getting the same therapy from my primary care doc.
Very satisfied, not a fly by night operation. Doctors actually asked for a medical clearance from my oncologist as I had a non hormonal driven cancer treatment, which shows a level of concern and medical ethics on their part. A shady provider would not care, just give me what I asked for, not caring about my health. Fast delivery, great customer service. could not be happier.
