The appointment rules are inconsistent. They will tell you you’re required to have one once a year, as clearly outlined in the email they sent, but it’s actually every 6 months if you haven’t bought more from them in that period, which you don’t find out about until after you’ve paid them again and planned on a specific timeline to stay consistent (it will actually be over three weeks now instead of 10 days or less because they required this, but have no openings and I’m just now finding out), which can really throw a hormon... read more
