Will not refund as they state on their website, only gets applied to store credit so buyer beware. Better off going to a local clinic or doctor. Glad I no longer have to deal with this. They keep the money and say you can apply it to other things, but what’s the point when there is nothing else to get when you’re on TRT from your own doctor. Good luck to all
6 months in and feeling great
Received T vial ran out 1 week before 2.5 month supply was supposed to. I had to wait for the 8 week mark to get my prescription refilled and then another week to receive — vial was short but no way to reconcile . I understand there is some loss in needle etc but not 4 doses worth I have no way to measure what i received— I’ll give them another chance on this next vial if it comes up short I’m out— I will update
On my second round so far. But happy with everything so far.
