TRS charged our insurance company almost $35,000 for the removal (mold remediation) of what we were told was a small amount of mold in the crawlspace and crawlspace house flooring / structural repairs. I don't normally write reviews but I must say David of TRS really made me feel good about the work that was being done. He is very professional and I felt he was looking out for me.
TRS gets an A++++! Total Restoration Services came to our aid in the middle of the night when our basement flooded from heavy rains. At 1am we really didn't know who to call, but after looking online we called and had a top notch, clean cut crew of technicians at our doorstep in no time! This was even during a storm! The owner Jerry Temple even called in the middle of the night to check on us and make sure that we felt well taken care of! TRS came to our rescue! Our insurance company and also a family friend referred us to TRS when our home flooded. They came out right away with their big trucks and equipment .
