The visit was ok - the plumber recommended a solution to solve our issue and asked to authorize the repair and schedule a follow up. I did my part. But the follow up visit to solve the issue never got scheduled. In the end I gave up and went another route.

George did a great job on furnace and ac. Only comment would be that he made note that the filter needed to be replaced. We placed a new filter in front of the furnace, so that he could go ahead and use it to replace the old one.
