Thought this was a reliable place but it's not, took longer than they said to receive test results by 2 weeks, staff is friendly except this older white lady made up lies about how many times they called us when they only called once and never tried again, the patient portal was also a hassle just to set up. it's cheap, you're basically getting what you're paying for
Update- A member of the team contacted me and removed the charge from my account. I appreciate the follow up. They moved quickly to help with my diagnosis, but I had to follow up several times for treatment. I was unable to pay for subsequent lab work and informed them at the time but they added the charge to my account anyway. I have asked to have the charge removed several times to no avail. The staff is decent but communication needs improvement.
