Purchased a fat fish ebike off these guys 6 months ago. At around the 3 months when we took it for its first free service the bike was throwing an error. The team had some challenges with tracking the cause, through no fault of theirs, but their commitment to providing excellent service and a great outcome was awsome. Could not recommend them more. We also had an issue a few months later with the charger and again, their assistance was exceptional. Thanks guys, will definitely go through you in the future!
Awesome service, the team are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right bike for my needs and get all set up. Cam even went the extra mile after hours on a Saturday to make sure I could get my Sunday ride in on the new bike, can’t ask for much more than that!

I made an appt to have my eBike serviced. TRS did a great job plus the price was reasonable. The guys are knowledgeable & always friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in PMQ now.
