We finally got around to a full interior renovation after 20 years of living in our 80’s home. We needed a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, the walls retextured, getting rid of the acoustic texture on the ceiling and painting it all. Update-Five years later we have roof problems due to incorrect installation, paint issues (TRS only painted primer and did not actually paint our addition, vent hood issues (installed incorrectly) cracks along the walls where the windows were installed and along the area where we added on, we had to replace our entire floor that was installed by TRS, the AC ducts were installed incorrectly and the incorrect vents were used in the living room addition and we've had to have the electrical redone as well. We selected TRS based on their portfolio and positive reviews. The overall design and finished appearance of their projects can look very nice, and communication with the owners was generally professional. However, our experience highlighted several concerns that prospective clients should consider. We encountered multiple issues with workmanship and attention to detail, as well as damage to parts of our home during construction that required repair afterward. TRS remodeled my kitchen/dining in 2021. The project was seamless with all their workmen very professional and timely. Since then, I have had 2 small projects which I feared were too small for TRS to take on but they provided the same excellent service for those projects (outside door installations, popcorn removal and bathroom light replacement) as for the kitchen remodel.
