Really appreciate with their work and service. All was done as agreed with Steve. Recommend to everyone this shop!
What kind of company knowingly uses another companies login for a parts house and than changes it so I dont even have access to my own company login? Not to mention the ungodly 180 to 209 % minimum markup on parts and made up freight charges they charge their customers.
This place does not even deserve 1 star. Worst service I’ve ever received along with the worst management and customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Run as fast as you can from this place. You’d be better off having your cousin’s brother’s grandmother fix your truck.
I have to say I had the most amazing experience with Steve today. We had a minor issue with our truck while dropping a load in Florida. Steve customer service is exceptional, and I am grateful that there are still some people who take pride in what they do. We called and explained to Steve what was going on, and he confirmed that he had the parts and we were able to pick them up, and he even gave me a hat . Thank you for your service, Steve.
