I was helping a friend move a trailer from Texas, when we heard a horrible sound coming from the rear end. We pulled right up and was served immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop
A family medical emergency had me on the road. The truck broke down and i stopped at Troys. They made time to investigate the issue and i was back on the road in no time. Great service and they went above and beyond to help me.
Needed a quick check engine diagnosis and professional opinion. Everywhere in town was either busy or not answering us but Troy’s answered my call and helped check us out in the middle of their busy Friday afternoon. They cleared our engine code so we could try to get on our way.
Shop was able to get my GMC K3500 with slide in truck camper still on truck the next day to replace a cracked radiator. Very knowledgeable front staff, repair work was done quickly and professionally. Cost to repair truck was well worth what was done. Now I have peace of mind driving 1300 miles back home. Thank you.
It's too early to give 5 stars. I think I will wait a few more weeks to see if they have done a good job. My Suburban is running well. They rebuilt the transmission 2 weeks ago
