They guys at Troy’s are really easy to work with. Especially Ryan, Mike, and Dave. They are very professional, but also very approachable. I feel comfortable knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. A much better business to work with instead of the dealer. I know that the job my vehicle was in for, actually was completed. 100% recommend.!! Thank you guys!:)
I am incredibly disappointed in Troy's. Their customer care and service used to be above and beyond, but that is no longer. After scheduling an oil change with them specifically so I could be done over a 1hr lunch break, they completely ruined my experience. I had originally proposed my lunch time 12:30-1:30. They said they have their lunches until 1, and asked if I could come after that. I rearranged my lunch break and traded with a coworker. Had an appointment, waited an hour and a half before it was even looked at.
Got a quote for 6 to 800 for the work i wanted done made an apointment for tues morning to be finished tues. When i dropped if off they told me it wasnt getting done today but would get it done Wednesday got the same story everyday after that till finnaly friday at 430 they finished got the bill and was 1800 a thousand more then the hi end of the quote come to find out after talking with the manager they wrote down what i wanted done wrong and replaced parts that didnt need replacing and now owner wont return my calls be war... read more
