Tires look great and were a fair price. Nice people to work with and flexible on when I could drop off my truck and pick it up. They topped off my AC unit as well. Would recommend to others
One helluva shop! Havent actually gotten work done there. But they called me accidentally. And were very friendly!!!!! Also, wished me a happy birthday 🥳 . My family is from the Proctor area. Support them!!!
They guys at Troy’s are really easy to work with. Especially Ryan, Mike, and Dave. They are very professional, but also very approachable. I feel comfortable knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. A much better business to work with instead of the dealer. I know that the job my vehicle was in for, actually was completed. 100% recommend.!! Thank you guys!:)
I am incredibly disappointed in Troy's. Their customer care and service used to be above and beyond, but that is no longer. After scheduling an oil change with them specifically so I could be done over a 1hr lunch break, they completely ruined my experience. I had originally proposed my lunch time 12:30-1:30. They said they have their lunches until 1, and asked if I could come after that. I rearranged my lunch break and traded with a coworker.
