We first visited Troy's Heating and Cooling looking for both gas and electric fireplaces and dealt with Richard. He provided all the information we needed to make our decisions. Troy helped with a sizing issue and then the installers came and installed and set them all up. Each step of the way they made very easy for us and their attention to service was amazing. We would highly recommend the team at Troy's and would not hesitate to use them again.
I hired Troy's install a new commercial furnace. Richard was thorough and professional in spec'ing the replacement furnace. He went above and beyond to review all design options available before we settled on the right furnace for this job. The installation went smoothly and as planned. Thank you!
